—Lots of dialog problems fixed (total rewrite of all dialog handling code).
—The mysterious blank dialog has been found and fixed.
—You no longer have to double click on help items in the help dialog.
—Sounds are only played during disk ejection now. QF! was getting too big because of its huge sound files (online time is expensive for some). A system beep now sounds where other sounds used to be played. If anyone is overly miffed about this, let me know and I'll find a way to include the other sounds again.
—Some spurious unneeded resources were removed.
—Several other internal non-visible enhancements were made.
—New order/support address information included.
